Their customer service levels also mean that I prefer this airline to the direct competition eg Ryanair, Easyjet, BA etc

I am 6´1 lean but fairly broad shoulders. If the airline seat three similar pax on an economy 3-3-3 (Boeing 777) then there is just not enough space to sit shoulder to shoulder. I have also sat next to pax that are so “wide”, parts of their body overflow over the armrest onto “my side”. Airlines need to consider the fact that pax are not getting smaller. They need to start accounting for this in terms of seat pitch and width, or offering wider seats to “big” pax. in economy.
